Service Policies
Payment
Payment is required in full before work begins. Payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal.
Delivery
Your song will be delivered within the estimated turnaround time of one to two weeks for your service. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the song. If additional time is needed, I will keep you updated throughout the process.
Revisions
Each songwriting project includes two complimentary revisions to ensure the final lyrics align with your vision. Additional revisions are available for $25 USD per revision. Revisions are intended to refine the original song based on your initial brief. Requests that significantly change the concept, genre, structure, or direction of the song may be treated as a new order.
Communication
All communication will take place through email unless otherwise agreed upon. I aim to respond to messages within 1–2 business days.
Refunds & Cancellations (Custom Songwriting)
Because each song is custom written specifically for you, refunds are not available once work has begun. If you need to cancel your order before I have started writing, please contact me as soon as possible.
Ownership & Rights
Ownership, publishing splits, songwriting credit, and royalty arrangements are not included with the purchase of this service and will be determined through a separate written agreement between both parties. No rights are transferred until such an agreement has been reached.
Original Work
Every song is written specifically for each client. I do not knowingly copy or reproduce copyrighted lyrics or melodies. If you provide copyrighted material, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permission to use it.
Human-Written Lyrics
All lyrics are written by me and are not generated using AI.
What's Included
This service includes songwriting and lyric writing only. Recording, vocal production, instrumental production, mixing, mastering, and distribution are not included unless otherwise stated.
Refunds & Cancellations (Songwriting Sessions)
If you need to cancel your songwriting session, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund, but your session may be rescheduled. Once your songwriting session has started, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued.
Confidentiality
Any unreleased songs, ideas, demos, or materials you share with me will be treated confidentially and used only for the purpose of completing your project.
Unused Material
Any lyrics, melodies, song concepts, or other creative material that I provide but that are not included in the final agreed-upon song remain my intellectual property and are protected by copyright. These materials may not be used, reproduced, distributed, or incorporated into other works without my prior written permission.
Rush Orders
Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee of 25 USD, depending on my current availability. Please contact me before placing your order if you need your song by a specific date.
Project Acceptance
I reserve the right to decline projects that I am not comfortable writing or that do not align with my creative or professional standards.

What should I expect during our session?
A focused 60-minute session where we either collaborate on lyrics or I write them for you based on your song ideas. Depending on your preference, I can write to your melody or create a melody for you to write lyrics to.
What should I prepare before the call?
Please come to the session with a clear song idea or vision, including the genre and vibe you’re aiming for, along with any reference artists or inspirations. It’s also helpful to have a general concept of what you want the song to be about before we begin.
Do you write in every genre?
I have experience writing in pop, alt-pop, rock, alt-rock, jazz, soul, lo-fi, acoustic, singer-songwriter, R&B, and many other genres. I'm confident I can craft a song that reflects your unique vision.
How long will it take you to write the song?
Expect a one to two week wait before receiving the finished song.
