Service Policies

Payment

Payment is required in full before work begins. Payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal.

Delivery

Your song will be delivered within the estimated turnaround time listed for your order. Delivery times may vary depending on the complexity of the project. If additional time is needed, I will keep you updated throughout the process.

Revisions

Each songwriting project includes two complimentary revisions to ensure the final lyrics align with your vision. Additional revisions are available for $25 USD per revision. Revisions are intended to refine the original song based on your initial brief. Requests that significantly change the concept, genre, structure, or overall direction of the project may be treated as a new order.

Communication

All communication will take place through email unless otherwise agreed upon. I aim to respond to messages within 1–2 business days.

Refunds & Cancellations

Because each song is custom written specifically for you, refunds are not available once work has begun. If you need to cancel your order before I have started writing, please contact me as soon as possible. Once work has begun, all sales are final due to the personalized nature of the service.

Project Delays

If I am waiting on required information, feedback, or revision requests from you, the delivery timeline may be adjusted accordingly.

Ownership & Rights

Ownership, publishing splits, songwriting credit, and royalty arrangements are not included with the purchase of this service and will be determined through a separate written agreement between both parties. No rights are transferred until such an agreement has been reached.

Original Work

Every song is written specifically for each client. I do not knowingly copy or reproduce copyrighted lyrics or melodies. If you provide copyrighted material, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary permission to use it.

Human-Written Lyrics

All lyrics are written by me and are not generated using AI.

Confidentiality

Any unreleased songs, ideas, demos, or materials you share with me will be treated confidentially and used only for the purpose of completing your project.

Unused Material

Any lyrics, melodies, song concepts, or other creative material that I provide but that are not included in the final agreed-upon song remain my intellectual property and are protected by copyright. These materials may not be used, reproduced, distributed, or incorporated into other works without my prior written permission.

Project Acceptance

I reserve the right to decline projects that I am not comfortable writing or that do not align with my creative or professional standards.
